Domestic Refund/Return Policies:

Quality Guarantee (10 Days)

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a quality issue, please contact us at villagepeople@bubbleup.net within 10 days of delivery.

We'll provide a free replacement for:

  • Print defects: Design is misprinted, off-center, or incorrect
  • Damaged items: Product arrives defective, stained, or broken
  • Wrong item: You received an incorrect product or variation

What we need from you:

Please email us at villagepeople@bubbleup.net with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We review each case individually and will respond within 1-2 business days.

Sizing & Fit

All our products are made-to-order based on the size you select. Please refer to our size charts on each product page before ordering.

Exchanges:

Since our items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues, but we're happy to help you find the right fit for future orders.

Returns & Refunds

Because all Village People products are custom-made print-on-demand items created specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or preference.

We may offer store credit at 50% of the item value within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags. Contact villagepeople@bubbleup.net to inquire.

International Refund/Return Policies:

International Shipping

We're happy to ship worldwide! Please note the following for international orders:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total. Village People and our shipping carriers have no control over these charges.

If you refuse delivery due to customs fees, we cannot offer a refund.

International Returns & Replacements

The same 10-day quality guarantee applies to international orders, counted from your delivery date.

For quality issues, contact villagepeople@bubbleup.net with your order number and photos of the issue.

Customs Delays or Returns

Packages held by customs: If your package is held by customs, please work with your local customs office to resolve. We cannot control customs processing times.

Packages refused or returned by customs:

  • If you refuse the package due to customs fees: No refund available
  • If customs returns the package to us: We'll issue a refund minus original shipping costs once we receive it
  • If a package is held indefinitely: Contact villagepeople@bubbleup.net after 60 days, and we'll review your case

International Shipping Times

Please allow additional time for international delivery and customs processing. If your tracking shows no movement for 45 days after shipping, contact villagepeople@bubbleup.net so we can help investigate.
